Delivery
1.1 We'll deliver your order to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure all details are accurate — we can’t take responsibility for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
1.2 Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays.
1.3 We’re unable to deliver to PO boxes, hotels, or forwarding services.
1.4 If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us promptly via our Help Centre or at customer.tv@aktlondon.com so we can put things right.
1.5 Normal wear to outer packaging or natural oxidation of components (such as The Applicator) does not count as product damage.
Returns & Refunds
2.1 We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.
2.2 To be eligible for a refund, products must be: unused, sealed, and in their original condition.
2.3 To start a return, please contact our Help Centre or email customer.tv@aktlondon.com. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
2.4 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
2.5 Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund within five (5) working days.
2.6 Refunds include: the price paid for the product, and standard outbound delivery costs only.
Additional delivery charges (such as express shipping) are non-refundable.
